Design Notes
Conjugation of BFR with sfGFP provided us a visualization method for the cells that ar expressing BFR so that the visualization of the bacteria would be so much easier. BFR stop codon is excluded from the coding region since our goal is to obtain conjugate protein.

The source of BFR is iGEM14_Berlin Team, from iGEM distribution kit 2018 and the source of sfGFP is the Synthetic Biosystems Lab that we are working in UNAM.
